We are purely acting in a limited role as an agent of the service providers, hence we shall not be deemed to be responsible and have no liability for any changes, interruption, rescheduling or cancellation or lack of services provided by service providers (Air carriers, cruises, railways, hotels, retreat & resorts accommodation and such service providers like visa, forex, tour packages etc.)

We are not responsible for any refunds by service providers, other than passing the same to the customer as and when received from the supplier, based on rules and regulation of the specific booking.
